PortLocal is a portable, local environment manager providing Apache, PHP, MariaDB, and phpMyAdmin. It is designed to run locally on your machine without installation.

3. License and Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PortLocal for personal or professional web development purposes. You may not reverse engineer or redistribute the software as your own.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the security of your local environment and data within MariaDB. Ensure your use complies with your network or organizational policies.

5. No Warranty

PortLocal is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IVONU and the authors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss or hardware failure) resulting from the use of PortLocal.

7. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
